We make touring easy, with online tour scheduler, offering in-person, virtual and self-guided tours. Please be prepared to show Government Issued Photo ID to tour our community.

To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 2.8X total rent.

You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit your application in person. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner and to be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. At the time you submit your application, a processing fee and document fee of $40 per applicant and a lease initiation fee of $200 will be due. If it has been longer than 7 days, please call the front office at 435-363-3756 and we would be happy to check on the status of your application.

We are excited for you to call Four Seasons - Logan home! Move-in expenses include your 1st month’s rent and security deposit. Any other service you have added on will also be due at that time. Wasatch has partnered with Jetty to meet your deposit requirements with a small, one-time payment. Learn more.

Your rent payment includes your monthly rent, plus any additional bundle services you signed up for at the time of your lease. We do not include utility services such as water or electricity in your rental rate.

Our residents are our #1 priority. We strive to respond to all service requests within 3 hours to ensure your home is maintained to your satisfaction**. Non-emergency service requests are handled during regular business hours. You can request maintenance service from the convenience of your own home via our resident portal! You can also call 801-548-6251 to request help from our maintenance team. You may choose to be present and give us a preferred time to come by or you may give us permission to enter in your absence. *Tip you can download our resident portal app for more convenience. Look up RentCafe Resident on your preferred app store to have easy access to your resident portal.

We are proud to call four seasons logan apartments and townhomes pet friendly and have included pet-centered amenities throughout our community including an enclosed pet park! Our monthly pet rent is $35 per pet and we do require a non-refundable pet fee of $350. In addition, you may have up to 2 pets per unit.

Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking includes open unassigned or reserve a covered parking spot for only $25 a month or a covered garage for $125 a month. Additionally, we have storage available for $55 a month.

Students living at Four Seasons Logan Apartments and Townhomes attend Greenville Elementary School, Thomas Edison Charter School, North Cache 8-9 Center, and Green Canyon High School. For more information about schools in our neighborhood visit Cache County School District. We are also conveniently located near Utah State University.

Yes, we offer in home washer and dryers in every apartment.
